Yes, we have 100% natural products like Baby kajal, Hair oil, Face wash, Hair cleanser, etc.. but to be honest not all are 100% natural. We need to use few gentle additives for product’s stability and efficacy.
Each formulation is approved by the respective Authority. Once manufactured, our products pass a quality check, only then the product reaches you.
We believe all of them are suitable and we especially keep in mind sensitive skin types while formulating. However, we always recommend people with all skin types to patch test any new product on a small patch on their forearm before using them more widely.
No, We do not test our products on animals.
Yes, Some of our products are formulated without any ingredients derived from animals. You can check details on product page.

We usually ship within 24 working hours after receiving an order. Once shipped, our logistics partner can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to get the order delivered to you.

As we incur additional cash handling costs, all COD orders might have an additional charge applicable
We offer payment methods such as UPI, debit/credit card, netbanking, wallet, and cash on delivery (COD). However, in COD orders, we might charge an extra amount towards cash handling fees.
Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email/message.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. The order invoice will be sent along with the order once it's shipped.
Refunds will be initiated immediately for unshipped prepaid orders post cancellation and might take 3-5 working days to reflect in your source account. Once the refund is initiated you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. We also request you to check your bank statement for refund details.
In case of an accidental debit, the amount should be auto reversed into your source account within 5 to 7 working days by your own bank. However, in case the refund is still not credited after the given timeline we would request you to please email your bank statement from the date of transaction till date and the transaction screenshot on contact@prettyme.in so that we can further escalate with the gateway partners.
