What is Prettyme?

Are your products 100% natural?

Yes, we have 100% natural products like Baby kajal, Hair oil, Face wash, Hair cleanser, etc.. but to be honest not all are 100% natural. We need to use few gentle additives for product’s stability and efficacy.

Are your products safe or not?

Each formulation is approved by the respective Authority. Once manufactured, our products pass a quality check, only then the product reaches you.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

We believe all of them are suitable and we especially keep in mind sensitive skin types while formulating. However, we always recommend people with all skin types to patch test any new product on a small patch on their forearm before using them more widely.

Do you test products on animals?

No, We do not test our products on animals.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, Some of our products are formulated without any ingredients derived from animals. You can check details on product page.

Where can I find product details and specifications?

Product details and specifications can be found on our website, within the product description and images of the respective product pages.

How often do you restock your products?

Restock dates vary depending on product availability. Please sign up for emails or SMS text alerts & be the first to know when your favorite products are back in stock.

Do you offer free samples or gifts?

During any special sale event, we offer free samples & gifts with all orders. Please note that unless otherwise stated, all free gifts redeemed alongside a customer's orders are included till the stock lasts & are therefore not guaranteed. All samples, packets, stickers, and other products or merchandise are subject to change & availability.

Do you offer discounts & promotions?

Yes, from time to time we offer discounts & promotions. Sign up for our email or SMS text alerts to receive news on special offers.

How long will my order take to reach me?

We usually ship within 24 working hours after receiving an order. Once shipped, our logistics partner can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days to get the order delivered to you.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over Rs.349

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping is charged at Rs.49 below Rs.349

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel your order. Please read our policies to learn more about how to cancel your order.

Do you share the tracking details of the order?

Yes! You will receive your tracking details via email or sms, through which you can track your order until delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Can I change my order?

No, Once the order is placed, we unfortunately cannot make any changes to the same.

How do I change/update my address/contact details for my order?

Is it safe to make online payments?

Yes, it’s 100% safe to make online payments. For more details please visit our payment terms section.

Why am I charged extra for Cash On Delivery (COD)?

As we incur additional cash handling costs, all COD orders might have an additional charge applicable

What payment methods are accepted?

We offer payment methods such as UPI, debit/credit card, netbanking, wallet, and cash on delivery (COD). However, in COD orders, we might charge an extra amount towards cash handling fees.

When and how will I get payment confirmation?

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email/message.

Where can I see the order summary and invoice?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. The order invoice will be sent along with the order once it's shipped.

When will I receive a refund for my cancelled order?

Refunds will be initiated immediately for unshipped prepaid orders post cancellation and might take 3-5 working days to reflect in your source account.​ Once the refund is initiated you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. We also request you to check your bank statement for refund details.

My payment failed, but the amount was debited. When will I receive a refund?

In case of an accidental debit, the amount should be auto reversed into your source account within 5 to 7 working days by your own bank. However, in case the refund is still not credited after the given timeline we would request you to please email your bank statement from the date of transaction till date and the transaction screenshot on contact@prettyme.in so that we can further escalate with the gateway partners.
