Privacy Policy

Our customer is our 1st priority. Your privacy is crucial to us. We respect an individual’s privacy and are committed to protecting the same. We strictly follow guidelines which govern the information we receive.

S​hipping

We ship your order usually within 24 hours. In some circumstances, we may take a little longer. The usual transit time is a maximum of 3 to 5 days but it can get shorter or longer depending on transit conditions.

On WhatsApp: Send a “Order Details” on WhatsApp (Name, Mobile No., Order No.) to +91-8329011997
In case of any delay, we will keep you informed.
On email: Please check shipping confirmation email received through prettyme and you can find order tracking link attached on the same email.

Note: All our prepaid orders are OTP-verified deliveries. We request you not to share the OTP with the delivery agent unless you receive the order.

Cancellation

Your order can be cancelled if it hasn’t been shipped yet. The order can be cancelled through the website or Inform us on Email / WhatsApp.
On the the Prettyme website – path to cancel order on website Go to “my profile” > Click on “my orders” > Select the” cancel order” option likewise
On WhatsApp – With “Order details” send it to +91-8329011997 and Confirm for “Cancel order”​ & share your order number or other details. Once the order is cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS.
Once a cancellation request has been accepted, money will be refunded to the source of payment, within 3-5 business days. To confirm the refund status, we request you to check your bank statement/source of payment.

Note: The order cannot be cancelled once it’s dispatched. However, you can deny the order once it reaches you. Once we receive the order, the refund for pre-paid orders will be initiated.

Returns & Replacements

Our products are made with a lot of care and accuracy. Still, if you feel to replace a product, due to the following reasons, please feel free to reach us, if

  • Incorrect product is received
  • Product is damaged, tampered with, or leaking on arrival
  • Item(s) is(are) missing from the order
  • Issues with quality or quantity In any of the above cases

we urge you to get in touch within 2 days of receiving your order. We're always happy to assist you.
Send us the product received images along with your order details on Whatsapp +91-8329011997 or Email us at contact@prettyme.in within 2 days of the delivery. Once we check the images, we will send you a replacement for the same.
We will address the query within 24 hours.

We are sorry but we will be unable to help with returns or exchanges, under the following conditions:

  1. If the product is damaged due to misuse/overuse.​
  2. If the product is used or altered by the user.​
  3. If the product is returned without/damaged original packaging including, price tags, labels.

Refunds

We are able to refund only in case of a cancellation. Once the cancellation request has been accepted, the money will be refunded within 3-5 business days.
​Once the refund is initiated you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. We also request you to check your bank statement for refund details.

Product Issues After Use

We believe you will love our products but if, for any reason, a product doesn't suit you or if you find yourself unsatisfied with the results within 7 days of use, you can let us know.
